A short report from the first workshop

We have started for real! The very first workshop weekend for the Larpfactory Book Project was held on the 25th and 26th of May, and it was a success. We got a lot of work done, and had everybody had a good time too!

After two days of writing we had a close to finished first draft of A Pair of Tarts (we started from scratch), we had gotten a long way on the translation of Klassefesten, and Sluttspill and Love in the Time of Debasement are coming along nicely. Our hand-out-text Writing a larp script proved very helpful, and so was the fact that we could use each other for inspiration, help and input along the writing process.

The weather was sunny and summery, and we decided on Saturday to have lunch outside, including strawberries for that summer feeling.  It was so delightful that we ended up working outside until our computers started to run out of power, and after we finished the work session we all went for a barbecue in the park.

We can't wait to repeat the success this weekend!

Next workshop is this weekend, 8th and 9th of June, in Sagveien 17/Mølleparken 4. Both days from 12:00.
